This dashboard provides a complete overview of operations and maintenance metrics, including Power Availability, Total Outages, Available PO Amount (NR), Average MTTR, Planned Maintenance (PPM Utilization), Security Incidents, Active vs. Inactive Sites, Debit Notes, mITSM Compliance, Action Plan Initiatives, and Nigeria Markets. Clicking on any card visual opens more details for that specific report.

The iengineering Operation Dashboard provides an interactive, end-to-end view of network performance and field operations, featuring core report navigation buttons at the top (Overview, Summary, Network Availability, Outage Analysis, PPM, NR, Security, RMS, Debit Notes, Compliance m-ITSM) alongside visual KPI cards that reveal detailed underlying metrics when clicked. It integrates advanced Power BI capabilities to drive actionable insights, including contextual drill-through options, allowing users to right-click data points to jump directly to target pages like Outage details, and Incident details, and custom hover tooltips that show precise background data without cluttering the screen. To accelerate data analysis, field parameters, conditional formatting heatmaps automatically apply green, yellow, and red color thresholds across multi-column matrices (Availability by Region & RM, Availability by Priority & Cluster) to spotlight critical performance drops instantly, while date sliders, time-grain switches (Day, Week, Month, Year), and categorical filters (ATC, IHS, RM, Region, State) dynamically isolate trends across the entire report page.

• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between the energy, transmission, engineering, and operations teams to improve workflow and service delivery.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for management and clients to support data-driven decisions.
• Analyzing outage trends, alarm patterns, and power-related operational data to generate insights that drive proactive network management.
